The place feels rundown, with noticeable cleanliness issues like stained carpets and grimy linens, which really detracts from the experience. There were reports of broken ice machines, and the air conditioning in hallways seemed like a sauna instead of a cool escape. The overall ambiance was marred by unpleasant odors, and the bedding left much to be desired with flat pillows and questionable stains.

We liked it so would stay here again. Great hotel, it has excellant stuff and location. The rooms are big and well-kept and have particularly nice views of the bay. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, friendly staff at check-out.

All in all decent setting not far from the casinos, Atlantic City and boardwalk. Plenty of great food.

Room was clean, and staff was cute and friendly. Several light fixtures were non-functional, and the overall appearance was quite shabby with stained carpets and cracked floors. The pricing felt unjustifiable given the condition of the room. Close proximity to attractions was a plus, but the outdated facilities detracted from the experience.

The price was wonderfully cheap. They offered a free bus ride to and from the Resorts casino on the boardwalk. The room was spacious and clean. And I left happy that I was able to arrange a decent weekend trip for a very reasonable amount of money. All and all, if you get the low end room rate it is well worth the money if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay and a safe place to park.

The continental breakfast was very limited. Green bananas and red apples were the only fresh fruit. Kind of bummer the bus only made one stop, but it was free so really not a big deal.

The location is a real highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciate the friendly staff, who attempted to assist me with issues. The double room was spacious enough for our family was nice. Discovering the vibrant nightlife options nearby was an unexpected perk.

Needs updating in lobby area.

It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room for our water and soda. It was a large room, we didn't feel crowded.

The hall carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, there was no air conditioning in the area where breakfast is served making it very uncomfortable - we chose not to stay for breakfast. These are minor though in comparison to the amount of money we saved by not staying in the casino hotel.

The location is fantastic, and the prices are budget-friendly. While some areas and amenities could use serious improvements, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just don't expect upscale lodging, as it had more of a motel feel with outdated furniture.

The location was perfect for a girls get away to Atlantic City. Just a quick drive from the casinos. The breakfast is the morning was very good. Will stay again if th price is right.

Good location to activities. Nice room. Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast. Very Friendly Staff and accommadating. They meet your needs. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Very busy hotel with a welcoming atmosphere.

No pool

We visited Harrah's and played some games, then checked out the Central Pier Arcade. The location made it easy to explore all the fun activities in the area. Reliable amenities and affordable adventure. Perfect spot for a group getaway!

Our first room had a few cleanliness issues , made us a bit uncomfortable. We were able to switch rooms, but it was a hassle that could've been avoided.

High winds were knocking roofing material off of the Hotel. They could also not find my reservation when I checked in. They did work this out but I wonder if I did not have my confirmation if I would have had to pay a higher price.
